  If you want to be told that all your issues that you have with your home are "normal" then look no more. Every time it rains, we get two ponds and a river form in our backyard which is preventing our grass from being able to grow and we can not move forward with landscaping plans or a shed. And we didn't have to pay extra for that, which is a surprise becasue they charge for everything. They constantly try and blame the homeowner and pass the buck instead of owning up to the issue and trying to get it resolved. Then they will tell you they will update you and in turn you have to hound them to get a response. You would think after the amount of money we spent that we would get treated better, but I was wrong. When we outgrow our home, we will be looking elsewhere.
